Hello to those of you who might find yourself reading this! My name is Erèsseth (not by birth), and I am, quite obviously, new here on SotE. Please address me in feminine pronouns, if you wouldn't mind too terribly. c:
I have been on numerous roleplaying websites before this one, but as of late I have been a bit inactive, and thought I would come back on a new website. This one seemed rather interesting, especially as I am, and always will be, one who favors writing in a fantasy setting. I am also fond of sites that enforce crediting/sourcing art, so that was also a draw for me. I myself tend to prefer drawing my own in order to depict the details and such as I envision them, the same goes for my writing. I tend to get a bit too descriptive and often have to go back and make sure I don't go too over the top. I already have a few ideas in terms of characters, but it may be a bit before I'm able to draw them up
Anyway, I hope to find at least a few friends here, and I am very excited to get started. c:

Welcome to SotE! As Lion said, it's plenty friendly here.

If you haven't already, be sure to check out the Rules! and the World section to get yourself caught up on what's what.

We're a relaxed community here, full of friendly members. But if you have any trouble don't be afraid to contact one of the mods or admins.

You sounds like an actually cool person. Welcome, like the others said above. Not really able to give a detailed hello. Kind of a person that gets straight to the point outside of RPing.  ;D Have fun and hope to RP with you.

The Never King- a king erased from history because of his dabblings in dark magic (among other things...) suddenly because a present day problem when an unlikely group of adventurers 'awakens' him from the grave. I ran the Connlaothian civil war. For more info, check out it's page here. The war has now turned into a 'Cold War' with it's plotting page found here. It's no longer a huge site wide event but the scars are there.
